RLM
As Deputy Manager and a key member of the Management Team, Becky plays a central role in the leadership of the nursery. With over 20 years of experience in childcare, she has worked across a wide range of roles and developed particular strength in supporting children with SEND. Alongside leading the Big Room as Room Leader, she mentors colleagues and helps ensure the highest standards of care and learning are consistently delivered.

Becky is known for her steady leadership and practical approach; equally comfortable guiding the team as she is rolling up her sleeves. At home, that same hands-on energy is usually channelled into her allotment or planning the next campervan escape.

As Managing Director and a key member of the nursery’s Management Team, Emily has been part of the setting since it first opened in 2004. Her journey from the early days of the nursery to leading the team today reflects her deep commitment to high-quality childcare. As one of the eldest of ten children, caring for others has always come naturally to her, and she remains hands-on in the day-to-day life of the nursery.

Emily leads with warmth, experience and a strong family ethos, ensuring the nursery continues to be a place where children, families and staff feel valued. Time with her own family is incredibly important to her, usually rounded off with a little well-earned retail therapy.

Gilli is an integral part of the nursery’s Management Team, working alongside Emily to support the strategic growth and continued success of the setting. Since joining in 2021, he has brought extensive commercial experience from a range of sales-driven industries. As Commercial Director, he oversees the operational and financial direction of the nursery, ensuring strong foundations behind the scenes and helping shape the nursery’s long-term vision.

When he’s not immersed in spreadsheets and strategy, Gilli swaps office life for the outdoors; most at home on a mountain bike, discovering somewhere new to travel, or in a crowd enjoying live music.
