Here at Goulton Grange, teamwork is key to everything we do and we strive to create a close bond throughout the team of staff to ensure the best environment for all our staff & children. All our staff who work in the rooms are qualified in paediatric first aid.

Emily heads up the team and has been part and parcel of the nursery since it was established in 2004, and is now the Managing Director. Being one of the eldest of 10 children, she has been around children for most of her life, and still takes an active role in the day-to-day care of the children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family & friends and walking her dog, Max!

Gilli joined the team in 2021 and helps his wife Emily head up the team here. He spends most of his time in the office, working as the commercial director, having experience in a variety of industries in sales environments. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, spending time with his two sons who live in Sweden and live music.

Chats has been part of the team in the nursery for an accumulation of 4 years and has worked with children for 14 years; she is now the Room Leader for the ‘Baby Room’. Outside of work, she enjoys walking with her dog Lola, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.

Millie joined the team in 2022 as a part time nursery practitioner and is now the ‘Big Room’ Room Leader’ having spent the last 8 years working in various childcare settings. Millie is a fully qualified teacher, having spent the last 6 years working in schools. Away from childcare, she likes to spend time working as a photographer & enjoys spending time with her husband & daughter out in the countryside.”

Hannah joined the team, part time, in 2022 and is part of the ‘Big Room’ team. As well as working here, she also works as a music teacher & vocal coach. Outside of work, she enjoys baking and playing music.
