Here at Goulton Grange, teamwork is key to everything we do and we strive to create a close bond throughout the team of staff to ensure the best environment for all our staff & children. All our staff who work in the rooms are qualified in paediatric first aid.

Becky has over 20 years of experience in the childcare industry & has worked in a variety of roles during her childcare career. She has extensive experience in many areas of childcare, including SEND. Ever since joining the team, she has demonstrated natural leadership skills which has resulted in a well-earned promotion to Deputy Manager, alongside her role of ‘Big Room’ Room Leader.
Away from the nursery Becky enjoys spending time in her allotment & time away in her campervan.

Emily heads up the team and has been part and parcel of the nursery since it was established in 2004, and is now the Managing Director. Being one of the eldest of 10 children, she has been around children for most of her life, and still takes an active role in the day-to-day care of the children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family & friends and a spot of retail therapy!

Gilli joined the team in 2021 and helps Emily head up the team here. He spends most of his time in the office, working as the commercial director, having experience in a variety of industries in sales environments. Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking, travelling and live music.

Steph has over 13 years of experience in working with children & now leads the ‘Baby Room’, working with children aged 0-2 years old.
Away from nursery, she enjoys spending time with her dog & going on holidays.

Honey is currently working towards her Level 3 in childcare, through her apprenticeship. Outside of work, she enjoys getting out for long walks & enjoys going shopping.
